Customer service wasn't great and made me feel unwelcome. Beforehand I was excited to shop here as I heard great things about this store. I guess I'll keep getting stuff else where.

Shawn was the REAL DEAL! There were four of us who went there for barista training, and Shawn did not disappoint!! We learned so much and left with a lot of excitement! Everything about Coffee King was pleasing!

I cannot recommend the Coffee King enough. We love Coffee in our house and it is pretty much our only real vice. We still keep a container of foldgers (incase we don't want to grind coffee) but 9 out of 10 pots is fresh coffee from here. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is just the right amount of checking on you without being annoying. Their selection is awesome and they keep some things in the warehouse so you can ask if they have it and they probably do. We have a nice selection of syrups and causes @ home and it just keeps growing. The pricing here is awesome and very comparable to online. If there is a slight difference I take comfort from the service and knowing that they are employing siouxlanders. We have not had a coffee that we haven't liked, from here. We do prefer some over others but half of the fun is trying new roasts. If you haven't been here, but want to have better coffee @ home, then give Coffee King a try.

These guys have great coffee and fantastic staff! Our clinic exclusively buys our coffee from here. We got a 5-pack sampler and we couldn't agree on which one to order!! They also can help you get machines so you can serve coffee to patients and customers. Mmmm. Drinking some now!! Thanks team!

Fantastic service! Our coffee brewer wasn't working correctly called Randy and he had it fixed and ready to go within an hour!Super friendly service by Bobby and Gina always helping us get what we need.Finally their sales rep Shawn helped make our coffee shop what it is today!They are so knowledgeable and friendly we are so grateful we chose coffee king as our supplier.

I’ve ordered lotus and torani syrup online in the past from here. Shipping is super quick. Had to run some errands in Sioux City (I live an hour away) so stopped in. Customer service is superior! Grabbed some things for my at home coffee bar and was offered a delicious latte! Highly recommend! LOVE that they are open to the

I am not a coffee drinker, but my customers LOVE the strong roast coffee that we serve. I think Randy is amazing!! He is so quick to help us with any problems our machine has - what an amazing employee they have in him!
