This Culver’s that is the south location in the area is the closest to my house and in the Sergeant Bluff-Luton school district. Always nice to go buy take-home pints of ice cream like you do in a convenience store. And this one is very popular with DoorDash deliveries.

They were super busy but we still found parking, we didnt have to wait in line long bc they kept it moving. Our good didnt take long and it was delicious. Order was accurate.

Culver’s has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants since it first opened. The last couple times I’ve ordered. However, the last couple of times I’ve eaten there, my burger has been way undercooked. Not just a little pink either. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was just an accident. I ordered food there again about 2 weeks later and got another undercooked burger. So, I gave Culver’s a break for a few months and decided to try it again today. And yes, an undercooked burger. Unfortunately I get my food through the drive thru, so by the time I actually eat it I’m already home - 25 miles away. And I don’t want to feel like I should have to check my burger in the drive thru line before I drive away. As much as I hate to, I’m not going to be stopping at Culver’s any time soon. I’m spending over $10 for a meal and can only eat the fries.

Superb customer service! We ordered a malt from the drive through that seems a little too liquidy or not as thick as a malt should be. I went inside to the front counter and was greeted with a smile. The employee listened to my concern and made sure that I was heard. He left to make a fresh malt for me. I am not surprised by Culver's care for the customer standards, but this was far above and beyond. I will gladly return to this store because I know that I will be treated with the absolute best quality and customer service!
