Orders get messed up sometimes but it’s fast food so it’s expected but the ice cream is good but burgers are bad to me.

At this location they need to start practicing proper hygiene and hand washing skills. I witnessed a lady pick up some type of cookie off the floor to throw it away. She didn’t wash her hands and began to handle other people’s food. I did quietly mention this to her and she did wash her hands and came back. With the short amount of time that it took her, I don’t believe she accurately washed her hands. Then when I did receive my food, I went to sit down and noticed another lady who was working the drive up. She was taking her break and eating also. She continued to lick fingers and hands then going back to work not washing her hands. The tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down and wrappings were left on a few of the tables. This location needs a food inspector to take a look. I ate here on Saturday, 9/14/24.

I went in for lunch and i was greeted by a happy positive worker, i politely asked her name and she told me Chloe this girl gave me my food right away made sure i had everything before i could even go and made my day!!

the lady working was so sweet and had just an overall great personality. Even letting my brothers flip their blizzards. recommend highly!

I ordered the garlic parmesan chicken strip basket and they gave me four untossed for 15$. I'm a pretty upset person are now.

Workers looked like they were lost. So many workers just standing there messing around throwing cups in the air while majority of the dine in area was really dirty like the tables looked sticky and crumbs still all over them.

6:30 pm 8/4/23 I paid $15 for a 4 pc. basket of honey bbq chicken strips and a large fry and this is what I opened my box to. Next to no sauce on my chicken strips and eight fries in the box. AND I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through. Be so for real.

Drive thru was very very slow they got my sodas wrong and my burgers were cold!

Went thru drive-thru, misunderstood young lady on intercom, she snapped at me! Please teach your workers better customer service manners..Really upsetting. Owners not interested in my 50.00 sale, since money growson trees today. Went next door to Sonic, where I was met with open arms and my 50.00 payment. Please teach your employees about respect. Will be back to Dairy queen, just not the one on Floyd!!!!
