I came to Trinity Heights located here in Sioux City, Iowa order 2 3 piece chicken with our Sundaes and they ask me to pull ahead for the chicken and served me cold fries.

Got to the window at 9:51pm. Young lady said they were closed when she had just taken the order of the car in front of me. Posted time of closing is 10pm. If it is going to be when ever you want, just dont have a closing time posted. That way everyone knows you may or may not be open. I like that better than what happened. What a waste of a drive.

This place is horrible you never get the correct order the staff gets rude with you and if I want a microwave hamburger this the place for you

I waited for 20 minutes and watched 20 cars go through the drive thru waiting for a chicken strip basket and a burger. The entire time they were in the back screaming and hollering and obviously talking about how we were upset. Also place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week

Orders get messed up sometimes but it’s fast food so it’s expected but the ice cream is good but burgers are bad to me.

At this location they need to start practicing proper hygiene and hand washing skills. I witnessed a lady pick up some type of cookie off the floor to throw it away. She didn’t wash her hands and began to handle other people’s food. I did quietly mention this to her and she did wash her hands and came back. With the short amount of time that it took her, I don’t believe she accurately washed her hands. Then when I did receive my food, I went to sit down and noticed another lady who was working the drive up. She was taking her break and eating also. She continued to lick fingers and hands then going back to work not washing her hands. The tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down and wrappings were left on a few of the tables. This location needs a food inspector to take a look. I ate here on Saturday, 9/14/24.

I went in for lunch and i was greeted by a happy positive worker, i politely asked her name and she told me Chloe this girl gave me my food right away made sure i had everything before i could even go and made my day!!
