The only car in the drive through and the order still took 15 minutes. Why did it take that long? I do not know. There was no communication. From my perspective i just saw 4 people standing there and every once in a while would look over to me, talking and goofing off making it look like they were cleaning. Poor customer service, horrible communication and the only decent part was the food.

Out of chicken. Asked if i wanted to sub fires for curds. Make it home only to find out they did not give me curds and they are not a substitute. They are a $3 up charge

Worst experience ever! The food was not made correctly, had to wait for ever to get our food. The staff is very rude, have no customer service skills. A lot of attitudes, and a lot of eye rolling. Then to top it off, the chicken Parmesan strips were the worst ever. They just dump sauce on the strips and it was awful. And then they go gossip with the gas station attached! Worst place ever. And working and doing inspections on businesses this one would definitely fail.

Extremely slow, Over priced. Majority of the teeny bopper staff need to learn customer service and/or get a personality that doesn't revolve around being little rude snots.Plan on waiting at least 20 mins for your food. That's after already waiting in line for 15

Went there and ordered gave a gift card girl couldn’t get it to work we sat there and waited for a good 20 minutes to even have her come back to the drive up! Then we proceeded to show her the receipt and then she asked if there was another card we could use ! How ridiculous we paid for a card we couldn’t even use! Way to go for honoring your gift card that was purchased there! Great customer satisfaction!

Several times this DQ has incorrectly made my order. Yesterday my husband ordered 2 triple burgers, got home and we had doubles. Yet we were charged for the triples. Today my husband was met with the same person taking his order , he explained about yesterday, then after being told that the MANAGER is cooking today, he ordered a triple that had onion rings on it , and in the booth found no onion rings. Took it back to the counter to have it remade. The remake had the onion rings but only 2 patties again. He had to get back to work. Remember that the MANAGER was cooking. Asked for refund. Was told NO REFUND even though the manager made it wrong TWICE. And to not issue refunds is not a normal business practice and that needs to be clearly visible before ordering. We're both beyond frustrated. Will never go back but happy to retell this tale to anyone requesting to hear Crappy Customer Service stories.

Might as well of order just a dish of vanilla ice cream instead of a blizzard because there was no candy pieces just vanilla ice cream in a cup. Woulda saved a few dollars. Used for work for a DQ for 4 years so I know it was definitely not the correct amount of scoops of candy
