Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a hot fudge malt, was the worst malt I have ever had. It was runny and had an after taste. NOT a thick malt at all. Won't be back.

We have dined here several times when we’re at the mall it’s a favorite spot. The people there are not very cleanly, dressed and groomed. There’s no uniform service there. They sometimes have food that you want sometimes they don’t. They’re always out of something. The drink is in the soda fountain’s taste awful. They could do with a very good cleaning people and the business . If you’re going to be serving food to people and customer service don’t have greasy hair and dirty clothing. It really puts a person off.

I’ve tried to eat here on multiple occasions throughout the week and I’m lucky if they DONT tell me “they are not taking orders” at least 1 time in all 7 days, several different hours throughout the same day 7 days a week……..

Fred has amazing customer service. He was very friendly and cooperative with our big order. He has amazing energy for working by himself. Definitely coming back

The food is great. Just their debit card machine is having issues now, especially in case some people don't have paper cash on hand at the moment without going to the nearby ATM and have to pay a $3 fee every time they withdraw cash. The ladies who used to work here provided the best service with no issues, and I miss seeing them work here. The staff just aren't being trained as effectively under the management this particular location now has, and have almost no manager on duty to supervise them.

The brunette girl and the brunette guy both left and were at the pizza place and stared at me and no one came to help. did both really need to go along??

The Dairy Queen was the best thing in the Southern Hills Mall. I had a burger with fries and it was great. I’ve never eaten Dairy Queen before, so I thought it would be nice to try it. If you’re gonna eat in this mall, choose the Dairy Queen.

Don't know if the big guy with glasses and all the tattoos is the manager or franchise owner but is absolutely rude talks disgustingly this is a mall location and there are children around lucky I don't have his name or I'd go to corporate this location just needs to shut down between him bad food and young workers with no manners

Probably the one of the worst things I've ever seen and ordered. It took more than 20 minutes, not busy. Food was absolutely disgusting, I wouldn't even feed that to someone I hate. Absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe anyone would think that would ever be okay to serve someone. Unreal.

My second time here my chicken was sitting there for 10 mins getting cold. She didn't wear gloves touching everything no hands washing. So gross. Probably won't eat here at all. My foods is for dogs now. Definitely won't recommend this place

doesn't taste good

Most of the food here was great, but the workers did not make the gravy correctly. It was clearly not mixed well as you could see where it was powder and where it was water. Overall, I will come here again, but I wouldn't recommend getting gravy with your food.
