I'm still waiting for my refund from October 18th. I have called the store two different times and both times I was assured it would be passed on and refunded but have not received anything yet.

Love my chicken with extra cheese that i payed extra for to have all the cheese burnt to a crisp with the chicken dried out and the bbq sauce seems to be a mystery....

The building was decent. The pizza was not. The crispy thin was burnt and did not appear to have sauce on it. It was very dry and unappealing.

I normally don’t like to complain, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve ordered the same buffalo chicken pizza six different times, and every single time it’s missing the main ingredient—buffalo sauce. You would think a buffalo chicken pizza would actually come with buffalo, but apparently not here.
When I tried to address it in person, the manager was not only rude to me but also to her own employees. Instead of helping them or me, she kept barking at them to move faster while they were clearly struggling, then ridiculed them even more. That’s not leadership—it’s discouraging and unprofessional.
On top of that, I was left on hold for five minutes before I finally drove down there, only to stand around another ten minutes waiting. In the end, the only solution I got was four cups of buffalo sauce, and that was only because I didn’t want the poor employee to struggle any more. I could tell he was genuinely trying to help, but with no real support or guidance from management, what can you expect?
To make matters worse, as I stood there, I overheard the manager muttering under her breath something along the lines of, “Did anyone even train these guys?”—loud enough for me to hear from across the store. That summed up the entire experience: poor leadership, lack of care, and no real accountability.

Pizza was good.. they forgot the sandwiches we ordered. Called 5 times got put on hold all 5 times. The guy I did talk to told me our food that was forgotten was there. I asked since it was their fault could they possibly deliver. I got a very stern no back. Customer service is terrible

Website problems, put in all my info and when I get there they didn't have my order. After I ordered it was asking me about my vehicle again. Been at least 30 years since I had Domino's alot better than it used to be. It is a little out of the way for me. Probably wouldn't pay full price. Loved the 50% off for online order. Would recommend.

Called and was continously hung up on like 4 times.. The delivery guy in the white car working 1230-1am needs some serious drivers education as I witnessed him running a 4 way stop, in a residential area.Stop signs are there for a reason.
The employees were so friendly even though I picked up a carry out with less than 10 minutes until they closed. The food was great quality.

All my food was great but one of my pizzas had a hair in it so i called them back to see if i could get a new one and he hung up on me and i order from them alot i will not no more this was the one from morningside never again
