We had a large group reservation and seated upstairs. It could have easily overwhelming for our waitress for many reasons, but she maintained her composure through being short-staffed. She was polite, upbeat and kept a positive attitude. The restaurant should be proud to have her on staff.

Ordered food here and they are so incompetent, they cannot do a simple order and make sure a customer gets their order correctly! The ribs was too dry like a jerky. I payed extra for loaded baked potato and all I got was a potato thrown in my bag. I had called them , and even though they said they could not help me because it’s an Uber ordered. At least don’t make a joke about it and act like you don’t care for your customers. You don’t your job, go somewhere else, we are the reason you are getting paid a run a business. I am not going to continue as your customer, keep it up! Famous Daves’s used to be good. I would not recommend this place. Thanks!

Cold food when the restaurant was practically empty the only good part was the brisket. Quick service though. Most food I've ever wasted at the end of a meal it was just too bad 😔.

Shaina was a fantastic server. Our beverages were great. The meat on our combos was delicious & served hot. Suggested improvements would be that my beans & my husband's potatoes were cool - they should be hot. And the meat was not served on the usual toasted bread - it was just untoasted bread not really appealing.
