I have never been to this chain before, I don't think they have any in MN. It was an amazing experience. The young lady working the counter was very polite and tolerant with me being new and asking questions, the restaurant was very clean, the food was delicious, most definitely did not taste like fast food. It's high-end family restaurant quality with fast food speed.

The food was great. Cheesecake and the cream cake were phenomenal. Loved it all. We had chicken Alfredo and lasagna roll with bread sticks. It was all good. I will be back. Oh I went through the drive through and it was very clean. Staff was very friendly 👍

We stood at the counter waiting to be helped while employees walked past us and ignored us multiple times. After about 5 minutes someone finally took our order. We were served our food in plastic containers, and they were not serving breadsticks as they advertise. The restaurant appeared clean, but the overall service was lacking.

Food was pretty good! It's no Olive G but it gets the job done. It looked like there were only 2 people working so we did have to wait on our food a bit, but the guy at the counter was taking orders at the window and the counter, while running orders out to people. Thanks you

The spaghetti was hot and good but there was NO never ending bread sticks like the sign said. Asked for more twice and never got them. So very disappointed! Probably won't go back.

Definitely a great option for some fast and inexpensive Italian food options. I like using the Fazoli's app for some great deals, you can't beat the prices for this type of food. This location was clean and the staff were friendly. The service was quick. I really love the breadsticks.
One of the nastiest restaurants I have ever visited. I grabbed the tray that they handed me and it had a layer of filth on it that was thick and felt MONTHS old. It reminded me of when I worked as a valet in college. You would have steering wheels that had year’s worth of skin oil that had never been cleaned off. Walked into the bathroom to wash my hands because I was so grossed out and the sink area was just covered in cleaning equipment. Toilet scrubbers and stuff.

Fazoli's has great italian food options. Literally everything I have tried there is excellent. Food is always served piping hot, looking good, and ready to be enjoyed. They don't have a huge selection of desserts, but they are very good. The chocolate cheesecake is especially delicious. The staff have been friendly, helpful, and I've never had any problems here. I have no complaints about the speed of their service, because they aren't a fast food type restaurant. Just be aware that depending on how busy they are, there could be a wait of up to 20 minutes. However, it really is worth the wait, and you can actually call in your order ahead of time to mitigate the waiting. The atmosphere is pleasant, more laid back, and has plenty of seating available. If you enjoy great Italian food, here is a place that shouldn't disappoint.

I sat in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes for them to bring out my food and it be wrong I went inside to ask for it to be corrected. They took my food without giving an answer I stood inside for another 25 minutes with them walking around not doing anything to help. They were serving other customers while giving blank looks then they finally asked if I wanted a refund

We are familiar with the Fazoli’s restaurants, but this one is almost useless after 7:00 PM! No parmesan cheese offered, had to ask to get any bread sticks. We were told they were doing all their dishes so many things were not available!
After 7:00, they are so busy cleaning they forget to work with the customers coming in. No Parmesan Cheese available, had to ask for any breadsticks. Parts of the order were totally missed, like chicken on the Fettuccine with chicken. Disappointed.
