Firehouse Subs Lakeport Commons

The girl taking orders was one of the rudest people ever. Service is beyond slow. Will not recommend this establishment and will not come back here. It’s a shame that it’s even called firehouse subs. Not a good representation.

Sandwich does not represent the picture as far as portions are concerned at this location. I've been going to firehouse since they opened and have been to several locations around omaha without disappointment as far as flavor and portions. Recently moved to Sioux City and have gone to firehouse twice with the exact same result of portion of meat on the brisket sandwich. I literally had one slice of meat on this sandwich.

Every part of my experience was disappointing. When I ordered, the lady taking my order was not kind. Many tables were dirty but I was there right after dinner rush, so I can kind of understand that. The food took a solid 20 minutes and when it came it was room temperature and incredibly soggy. Lastly, the bathrooms looked they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Overall, a disappointing experience at a place I usually really like.

Food is good but overpriced, everything takes at least 20-25 minutes to make, when quoted on a time I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food while there was one other customer waiting. Order ahead but still be prepared for disappointment.

Took 17 minutes to make sandwich..3 guys working mostly talking to each other.only put out 1 order before me..sandwich was horrible. To much sauce and hardly no meat

They don't close until 9:00 p.m. and I called them at 8:00 to ask if I can place it to go order and they told me that they were out of product for the day so they had to close and they didn't even ask me what it was that I wanted to know if they even had the product or not. Bullshit, lazy, absurdity.

Food is amazing and one of my favorite places. But the service is horrible. Everytime I order online my item is not ready until at least 20 minutes after the designated time sometimes longer.

Extremely slow service and incompetent workers. Got home my sandwich sucked they did not listen to my order threw it away and ordered Jimmy John’s. Won’t be back. Should not take 30 minutes to get a sandwich.

Answer your phones…I have a messed up order and I’ve called literally 4 times no one answers. Very frustrating.

Hands down the greatest sandwich in town. Friendly staff and overall great experience. It sounds like the new management is taking it in the right direction! The new GM, Kevin, was friendly and very helpful. I will be visiting this location again.

Worst customer service. Did an online pick up started order at 6:30 it Said it be ready by 6:55pm. left the building at 7:23. During our wait the two employees were not kid to each other. Both employees bickering about what they will do and will not do. Other potential customers walked in and walked out empty handed. As well when a new customer walked in no one acknowledged the customer. The store was a mess and the soda machine looked like it hasn't been wiped down in a few days. Our sandwiches were roasted but completely soggy. I've never had such a bad experience at a fire house before. Yeah sometimes a wait but never one like this.

Foods good if you ever get it….was there on Veterans Day and was extremely busy but there were 4 -5 people working. Waited over 40 minutes & still hadn’t stated on sandwich. I had doctors appointment so couldn’t wait any longer. Went to counter said would pay for chips & pop but wanted sandwich refunded. Been 4 days no refund. Called store and left 3 messages with my # and no returned calls. Little frustrating paying $15 for pop & chips!!!
