Ordered on the app. Got to the store and they said they are no longer making chicken for the day(starting at 630). It was around 7:20pm. They close at 8pm. Employee said they could only make burgers. Asked for a refund and just to cancel our order. Employee said they don't know how to do that through the app. Ended up leaving with no food and did not get the money back. Open til 8pm, you serve your whole menu til 8pm. We won't be back.

I've been coming to this Hardee's for a year and a half now either before I go to work or during my break and I must say that they are very hard-working and at times have been understaffed. I don't know the staff on a first name basis but they are always good to me in my orders and the few orders that have been wrong or outright disgusting or just terrible they've remade them with no problem.

Sioux city Saff said store was closing in 20 minutes at 6:20pm. Asked if I could order a 5 piece chicken platter. He said no we don't have any plastic containers. So I asked can I just or some chicken strips. He said let me check if we have some. He came back said no I'm sorry we don't I have any. Just too lazy didn't want to turn fryers on ... Worst service ever, I will not be back!

Stopped by for a Frisco burger. This was the 2nd most memorable Frisco burger I've had. Not because it was so good (as most Frisco burgers are), but because the outside of the bread wasn't coated. This was like eating a sandwich, not a burger. The inside of the bread was toasted, just not the outside.
We were there only customers there, so they weren't rushing to make the burgers.

Super friendly and awesome staff member, evening shift on 10/15, wish I would gotten her name. Halloween theme in the restaurant. Food was fast, hot, and perfect in every way.

Since when is a Frisco burger the price of a full meal everywhere else and it used to be here? 10 bucks for one sandwich one freaking sandwich that's it.
They messed up our order and when we asked about it while they repeated it back to us, they argued with us. When we asked again at the window, she again argued. So yeah, our order was wrong. Also, they were very slow. And they kept our credit card and we had to drive an hour out of our way to get it back. So, overall, boo. Should have just gone to Wendy's.

Food was cold to the touch my cheese wasnt melted even in the slightest my fries were stale my kids tenders were cold as well and manager was raising her voice to the employees. Was not busy at all so not sure why they didnt take the time to make the food fresh but i wont be coming back.
