Was told we would get our fries and shakes right away and the chicken sandwiches we ordered would take a bit longer, we waited and the cashier brings our shakes but not our fries, a few minutes later she comes back with our fries and sandwiches. Shakes could've been colder, but were tasty. The chicken sandwiches were steaming hot except one wich was warm, the tomatoes and lettuce looked fresh and our order was fulfilled correctly. Went to use the restroom but an employee was mopping it, so went back and they definitely forgot to ring the mop because the entire floor had excessive water. The dining room looked partly dirty from 2 other groups that left as we entered, light bulbs were out in dining room and they were ready to close before it even got dark. Their prices are the same if not more to chick fil-a for the chicken sandwich, which is where we was going to eat but the line they constantly have is just absurd.

The employees were rude as soon as we went to order and complaining about have to help and when I ordered I ordered a coffee with creams and sugar the employee then proceeded to throw the tubs that had the cream and sugar on the counter towards me when I was adding the cream I noticed it was chunky and checked the expiration date when I brought it up to the shift leader she argued that no one else complained about it and that “it’s a new box” I will never go to a Hardee’s again disgusting

Incredibly incompetent employees manage to mess up my orders almost every time I decide to stop here, and when I ask them to fix it they give me something worse and also not at all what I ordered. A shame, I used to really enjoy the food here, but it's unfortunately not worth the hassle of dealing with employees who put no care into their job, and refuse to give people what they pay for.

My husband came through the drive through. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal with fries for my two kids to share - ages 1 and 3. He got the spicy chicken tenders instead, so by the time he got home my kids had nothing but cold fries to eat. He also ordered a double frisco meal for each of us. Labeled a double on the outside, but both were actually a single. Not to mention it tasted like my fries and burger had been refrigerated so we had to heat everything up in the microwave and we live FIVE minutes away. Not to mention we didn’t even get any sauce for the chicken tender.. like that matters because my kids can’t eat them. Oh and it says online you can get curly fries but they don’t have any. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The food was awful!! We got 2 burgers and both were burnt and dry!! A 7 or 10 dollar burger should not look like this!! We also told the drive thru person that we only ordered 2 sandwiches and chicken stripes and they said that what we charged you for. We got 3 sandwiches and were charged for all three!! This is not rocket science to take an order and give customers what they ordered and for it to be correct!! I won’t eat at Hardee’s again if this is the quality and service we would get!! See my picture below and you tell me if you would pay 7 dollars for it!! Ridiculous!!!

We went to get dinner and what we got was a disappointment. We had to keep repeating what we wanted while we ordering through the drive thru. What we ordered was 2 number ones with no mayo, a diet coke, and sprite. The only thing they got right were the fries. They gave us a diet Dr. Pepper, and a sprite that was nothing but carbonation. Our sandwiches were covered in mayo. Normally when restaurants put mayo on my sandwich I can still eat the majority of it, but this one the only thing that didn't have mayo ondisappointment in. It was like they put double mayo on the sandwiches. I didn't pay almost 20 dollars to eat just my patty and my sister to eat her patty. This was very eye opening about Hardee's, and very disappointmenting.

The Service at this Hardee's is really good especially the employees that work after 5pm. The employees are very polite and have very good manners and food was great. I didn't catch there names but I think one had brown curly hair and one with short hair.
The gentleman that helped me through the drive thru was extremely pleasant. I don't see this politeness in customer service nowadays. Thank you for starting my morning off right!
