Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my to go order. Nobody said one word to me. I had to yell at somebody behind the counter if they could help me. My food was sitting in the window the whole time. Not in the drop off window. Always have a awful experience here.
cooks are amazing. the food was good. waitress took the order wrong, which I could live with because it got corrected. paid our bill on the app, you know since the receipt says you can. My wife goes up to get a box since she didn't finish her food, and the waitress asks if she is ready to pay the check. My wife says I already did and needed a box. our waitress, Bobbi, at the downtown IHop in Sioux City, at nov 2nd, 2022 at around 11:30 pm after Judas Priest concert, was the absolute BEST!!! Hang onto that hard worker!!!! she was the only one working and took care in a speedy manner of about 25-30 of us all!!! she is awesome!!!! and still kept a smile on her face! she deserved big tips!!! thank you Bobbi!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
