Service was good delivery was a bit long about an hour. Pizza kind of dry, not at saucy and cheese not the best.

This is the second time we have gotten pizza from Jerrys, and the second time it was wrong. The first time it wasn’t cooked right. This time the whole order was wrong. Now we our done with them. Which is sad because we used to get them at least once a week.

Waited again 2hrs and get burnt pizza...I think I'm just going to go pick it up but going to Morningside Jerry's for now on .. And we have pizza ever Thursday and it takes 1 1/1-2 hrs everytime.. wish you could post a picture

We order the same thing every week (we consider it a date night) for the past 3 weeks it's been taking a hour and a half to be delivered when they say a hour. We called at 5:42pm to place order I finally called at 7:15pm and they haven't even left the store yet. When we do get it, it's not even hot. We love the pizza but the service is crap.

Order ahead, place is busy because the pizza is good. Takes 30 minutes at supper time and there's not much of a place to sit and wait. Was worth it though, definitely a top 10er all time best pizzas

I love this place, my family has been ordering Jerry's for many years. I usually order and tip the most at this specific restaurant because they're always so kind and happy to serve our community. Love the local appreciation! Today I called to order and the young lady said they cannot deliver to me today because her driver is unavailable and if needed she could ask another driver to come. I was shocked. I said I don't care who delivers it, and I asked her for her name. She wouldn't give it to me. So I hung up. Very strange, I almost thought I was calling a chain/franchise company!!

Ordered mid afternoon, was told an hour, 80 mins later I call and was told been sitting on top of oven waiting for driver...15 min later, I call back, driver almost back. I cancelled as was sitting for at least 30 mins and then needed to be delivered. Their delivery service is horrible and they need to learn how to time it

Great pizza. The crust was thin but strong, they were VERY generous with the toppings as well, pizza was ready exactly on time for our carry out.

I'm from out of state (Oklahoma) and we all wanted pizza that was from a non pizza food chain so I did a search and came across Jerry's Pizza and I'm glad I did. The ordering process was easy and the man was extremely nice and helpful especially being from out of state and unsure what they had. The delivery was fast, the delivery man was super nice and the pizza was hot. We ordered half pepperoni and sausage and the other half Canadian bacon and pineapple. Both sides were very delicious and not greasy at all even though the pizza had pepperoni on it. In my opinion this is the best pizza place I've had and the crust is superb. Thank you for a wonderful experience and great food.

I ordered pizza for me and my husband tonight for the first since moving to Sioux City the pizza was nice and hot and fresh and made to order it was very flavorful and filling delivery driver was very friendly and me and my husband really enjoyed it we will be ordering from Jerry's Pizza again in the future
