I love this place, my family has been ordering Jerry's for many years. I usually order and tip the most at this specific restaurant because they're always so kind and happy to serve our community. Love the local appreciation! Today I called to order and the young lady said they cannot deliver to me today because her driver is unavailable and if needed she could ask another driver to come. I was shocked. I said I don't care who delivers it, and I asked her for her name. She wouldn't give it to me. So I hung up. Very strange, I almost thought I was calling a chain/franchise company!!

Ordered mid afternoon, was told an hour, 80 mins later I call and was told been sitting on top of oven waiting for driver...15 min later, I call back, driver almost back. I cancelled as was sitting for at least 30 mins and then needed to be delivered. Their delivery service is horrible and they need to learn how to time it

M'Side Jerry's Pizza is amazing! Worth the drive from anywhere. They will even make a half-baked pizza for later!

Customer service was friendly and fast and the food tasted good as always. The only reasoning I’m rating it a 3/5 is because I ordered a garbage pizza (every topping they have all on one pizza) and got not even half of the toppings and the toppings that they did put on, they made sure to pile the three toppings they used high a hell. It was still good but for 30 dollars for one pizza I expect to get the pizza I ordered not a complete different one.

Now that Tony’s is closed, this IS the best pizza in Sioux City. Tons of cheese and pepperoni. Delicious. Great customer service too!

2 hours to have a pizza delivered when they said it would be 45 minutes. Must be a busy Monday night. Never had to wait that long on a Saturday.
Ok so I want to start by saying my ratings on their pizza is based off my experience of being a new Yorker of the 80's-90's and my international traveling experience to many regions of Italy....multiple times.
If I was being picky, I would rate their pizza a 6 out of 10. If I wanted to be nice I would up it to a 7.
Can't say all of that without a reason right? So I do not live in Sioux City so being the visitor I am I was told through the grape vine that Jerry's and this other place are the two best pizzas you're going to get so I got a little excited and I am glad the people of Sioux City feels this way. So I had to try it.
Anyways, we called in our order.....showed up some 20mins later and out pizza was nowhere to be found. They never made our pizza which means the food we tactically ordered was sitting in our car now getting cold because Jerry's didn't make our pizza for some reason.
So what did they do?
First....the guy took out money for the pizza then went inside (we even told him to keep the change).
*Btw....they only do cash/cash app/venmo I think*
A few mins after we gave him the money he comes out and offers us a free 2liter soda of our choice within their selection....... Moments after that it comes with our pizza and gives us all of our money back for the inconvenience and that I can stand by! That customer service is why they get 5-stars from me.
Although we didn't complain and bicker about having to wait on a pizza we called ahead to be made so we didn't have to wait for, they stood on business and left us a. Impression that would have me come right back to them just because I appreciate their business practices.
The pizza rated the way I rated it because the pepperoni didn't really have much flavor. The whole pizza didn't really have the flavor I was expecting and it wasn't good reheated despite me using an oven style air fryer to reheat it. It was best when it was hot out of their oven.
Btw ....you guys should offer a hot honey pizza ?

Jerry's has been a favorite of mine as long as I can remember growing up in Sioux City. Now that I live in another state I can't wait to get back and visit the local outlets when in town. I want to give a huge thanks to the Morningside location and staff for their incredible service and thoughtfulness this last Tuesday. My family and I were in town for a funeral and the two nicest employees you could hope for made our our troubling day so much brighter. Thank you for being such gracious hometown representatives it truly meant a lot.
