All I gotta say is that on 12/18/24 I left THIS Jimmy John’s happier than I have left any other JJ’s location. Food was great, but the crew working today was just on top of their game that would give the 94-95 Bulls a run for their money.

Ordered food around 9:00pm. Waited, waited,waited. Because I had to leave for work, I did not get to eat, and my son hadn't eaten yet. I called at 9:40 as I was leaving for work. The manager didn't ask who I was or about my order, just said "yeah my drivers out with it, I only have one driver" and that was it; end of conversation. If there was any way they could have communicated that with me, I could have made other plans so I could have eaten before I went to work, and it sucks my son had to look for a driver after 10:00 at night by himself. He messaged me when it got there 1 hour after I ordered. This is the only time I ordered ftom this location. I never had a problem with the Floyd Blvd location.

Your delivery driver flipped me off when I asked him not to park in my driveway as he was delivering to the house next door. This isn’t the first time and I don’t appreciate the way he was rude as well. I have ring cameras and caught it all.

Everything was good, I love the sandwiches! It's just that when you order online, the tracker doesn't work, so you have to wait and check outside every 5 minutes.
Dietary restrictions: Wouldn't recommend to vegans or people that have alot of allergies.
I’ve always heard people hype up Jimmy John’s so I decided to order it. Online orders are easy and the menu is pretty simple. The only part that got me was the delivery time. It’s general knowledge that Jimmy John’s prides itself on being “freaky fast”. In fact, I remember a commercial where they wouldn’t deliver to certain areas past a certain time. So I was horribly surprised when my order took an hour to arrive. Sandwich was just a sandwich, nothing special. I would’ve been better driving to the store and getting ingredients to make my own sandwich, as it would’ve been faster. Will not order again.

Expect a 2hr delay, at this location. And if you order late, I admit 30 to 15 before closing, you will be lied to. Even if you pre tip. Oh, and if you change the sandwich, at all... you get what's on the menu. And if you get a straw with your drink, you're lucky. Still waiting to hear from corporate. But I doubt it will change.

They brought my food in a box where one of my drinks was tipped over so the whole box was full of tea and half of my sandwiches were soggy on one side. The box was literally dripping liquid as i carried it across my home to the kitchen there is No Way the driver was unaware. I mean just ridiculous..
