Horrible. The store closed at 10pm, me and my partner came at 9:20. We see a group of young guys inside eating so we go to open the door. It was locked. One of the employees stared at us and started laughing. As we stood outside the door, the employee started laughing again but this time with the group of boys because we were standing there clueless. I will NEVER return here again.

I order jimmy John’s fairly often. I’ve been to quite a few and never have I been to one where I order pick up and they have to assembly my combo meal. I arrived after my order was ready. Bag was not on the rack for pick up. I inquired about it and the one employee said it’s right here. He brought me my sandwich and then said oh let me grab you a bag. I inquired about chips and kickin ranch and was told they were in the fridge below me. Why can’t you guys just put the shit in the bag????? Won’t be back to this location any time soon.

Slow delivery an hour later for a sandwich. Called and was told I'm not the only customer. Do better Jimmy Johns. I could have walked there in snow and been back in less time.
