There’s been a couple of times I’ve been here and people are waiting in the parking lot and inside the building after going through drive for well over 45 minutes YES 45 minutes even for a simple mashed potatoes and gravy order, people were asking for refunds because they had to leave and the staff was getting upset and rude about it. I could not believe it. Never seen something like this. It happened twice, I haven’t went back since I will drive across town or opt for something else. Disappointing being since they just upgraded their building.

You’re better off going all the way to the singing hills location. Order a chicken pot pie and there isn’t a shred of chicken and the veggies are under cooked. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru for this.

Walked in and got greeted very rudely.. Then stood in line for about 5 minutes waiting to place order with an employee finally got one to acknowledge us and he was rude asking if we wanted to pay said he thought we ordered using the kiosk we said no and he walled away so we ordered using the kiosk and then he was rude when taking our money then didn't give the correct change back.. Then other customers entered and he was rude to them telling them they needed to use the kiosk becuae he was the only cashier and during lunch hours..Had numerous employees look at us while we was waiting and didn't say anything like we will be right with you they just walked past us.. Had numerous employees there but apparently it was break time or all was working in the kitchen so only one cashier.. This all was before 1pm.. The employees were just not giving good customer service.. I'm one that has work fast food or customer service all my life so I know how customer service is suppose to be and we got crappy very crabby customer service when we was there.. Will say the food was great!! The only positive to our visit..

Ordered my food at 8:00 and got told to pull up and wait for my food. I proceeded to wait until 8:25 and they had no clue about my order. Then from the window it looked like the workers were throwing temper tantrums. The mash potatoes were super gluey and the gravy looked and tasted like it wasn’t even heated up and was so thick it almost didn’t even pour out of the container. The time before this I asked for mashed potatoes and they gave me macaroni and cheese + no gravy
