They weren’t even busy and it took forever to get our food, food was fine but couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable after how the staff acted. Bloned hair girl hollering around in the back and a blonde hear kid throwing food around.

Overcooked and dried out chicken tenders that were likely prepared at noon and served at 4:30PM resulted in a dinner that was unacceptable. In other words, the tenders were likely kept under a heat lamp for over four hours. All other food items in the order were satisfactory. Second time I have had this experience at this location. It will be the last time.

My wife picked up a 8 piece family meal ordered extra crispy when she got home it was original not extra crispy it looked like it had been sitting for hours tough and greasy! We will never eat anything from there ever!

The staff were nice, but there was a long line to order… maybe they were understaffed. We ended us getting out of line and using one the kiosks when one became available. Several Tables were dirty. The food was no good… I now remember why I don’t order original recipe… it tasted like soap.. the corn was ok. The apple pie poppers were good.

Fried chicken was dry and burnt and cold, didn’t receive the wedges I ordered and they were replaced with burnt and cold French fries, and the biscuit was cold and stale. Even the Dr Pepper tasted off. Would have gone back if I wasn’t traveling because it was inedible

Don't advertise lobby hours that aren't true. The manager and crew all hanging out by the dumpster said they were short staffed so it was drive thru only, despite the sign. Some travelers want to exit their car...not stay inside. Maybe if the whole crew were inside instead of smoking or back the lobby could have been open?

When the sign says open til 10pm and they are already closed at 920 on a busy Saturday night after a baseball game. Had 2 cars of people wanting chicken and potatoes, but they chose to close early. Very early. We were very disappointed.
