I order combo 2 which is 2 piece chicken one side drink, I ask for fries and an extra mash potatoes without gravy I get the order wrong go back the Manager I don't know the name because I didn't get a receipt gift the new order and tell the mash potatoes are in the bag and that she leave the one with gravy in there surprise again no mash potatoes just the sameone and under my viewpoint no respect.Firts time and last one. In this store.

I ordered chicken straps they were burnt and dried out, by the time I drove all the way home and discovered it as I did drive thru I was beyond angry and through it all away. I never write reviews, but people work hard for their money and to get charged $16.00 for burnt food, is just plain bad business, people deserve to be served the fresh hot food they paid for or you won't be in business much longer.

Did they drive-through on 10-7-24, ordered a #1 . I gotta say: this was by far the most pleasant KFC experience I’ve ever had. The food was almost instantaneous, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I will be back.
