The food was soooo good! The service was beyond expectations.. Melissa the manager was so helpful, she's the nicest manager I ever met. Protect her at all costs!

Very disappointed they are now serving waffle fries. We don't care for them at all. Since regular fries are no longer available, we'll be eating somewhere else.

So apparently long John silvers no longer has straight fries and now they have these nasty waffle fries because they got bought out by some corporations and this corporation has not updated anything in regards to these new changes no one is keeping us know cause if I knew about these new fries I would have NEVER wasted my $30 with this establishment

Paid nearly $12 for a shrimp rice bowl...turned out to be a small amount of day old rice, a few shreds of cabbage and 6 tiny shrimp. Total ripoff!

It's been a long time since I've had LJS, and it was not like I remember. Cold greasy food. We were there at opening at 11am and I'm guessing the oil wasn't hot enough yet.
