I have been a happy Mc D’s customer for years….before COVID, We always ate indoors. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and the employees were and still are, always friendly and courteous. Since then, we have always used the drive thru, and sat in the parking lot to eat and enjoy watching the traffic. How hard is it put extra ice in a drink? No we get a watered down drink that has been prefilled. when customers ask for a drink with extra ice, please make a new drink and put ice in it.Day after day the same thing happens.
