Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. This is my go-to McDonald’s as it’s close to my work. A couple weeks ago I stopped and got the 2 cheeseburger meal around 10:30pm, and by 2-2:30am I was sick - I will spare the details, but it lasted well over 24 hours. On Sunday night, October 26th, I went through the drive thru again around 10:30 and ordered the same meal. By 3-3:30am same thing - sick - again sparing the details. I’ve been in bed sick for 2 days and actually missed a day of work. I can’t keep anything down and am going to the doctor tomorrow. The staff that time of night is great. Fries are always hot and fresh. But I don’t think it’s a coincidence that twice now, within two weeks, I’ve eaten the same meal, ordered at the same time frame, and gotten sick within hours of eating it, and been sick for over 24 hours. I know there’s only one or two people working late nights and I suspect they cook a bunch of food so they have it ready but aren’t holding it properly to keep the temperature correct. Whatever the case may be, I don’t plan on stopping again anytime soon. A $9.00 meal cost me 8 hours of wages and $100 for an office visit to my doctor.

I recently ordered from McDonald’s and was very disappointed with the experience. I ordered two cheeseburgers, but when I got home, one was missing from my bag. Mistakes happen, but when I called the store to politely explain the issue, the employee on the phone hung up on me before I could even finish speaking. This is not how customers should be treated. I expect better service and basic courtesy, and I hope McDonald’s addresses this kind of behavior.

Ordered two $5 meals...15 min? Seems like top long, added lettuce and pickles, charged 70¢ and didn't receive either... Nuggets could not be any older. Double cheeseburger was cold. I don't even know how all of those mistakes were even possible and it's such a simple order.

It was 10:15pm. Wait was long. The sandwich was hot, fries were cold and dry. No coffee available at that time.
Stood there for atleast 15 min to order, when 3 employees seen me. The drink station was very dirty. No napkins, n no straws. Took another 8 min to 10 min to get my food after ordering.

If you have 45 mins to waste go here and order your meal. Took 35 mins to get 2 burgers 2 mcchickens and 2 fries. When I asked about my food they said we're working on it !

The cashier threw out drinks at us and told up to pull into stall 2 as she slammed the window shut. Fries were cold. Nuggets were fresh and hot!
