I was just there and a blond girl with some nails took our cash and stuff and rolled her eyes at us, very disrespectful. when we got our food (two cones, an oreo mcflurry and a large fry) the oreo mcflurry had almost NO ice cream in it. the cones were stale and disgusting. when we opened the bag and got our fry inside was equivalent to a small fry and when we told the young girl at the window she snatched it from us, forgot to close the window and was talking very badly about us. the fry we got was also very soggy and cold. horrible service. if I could I'd give this place a 0/5 DONT GO HERE

My husband and I ordered the hotcakes and sausage a couple weeks ago. We get home with no syrup or butter for our order. Thank goodness we had syrup at home. We go through the drive up this morning 01/26/24 and we order 2 orders of hotcakes and sausage and I ordered an extra syrup which cost $0.50. We get to the window and I explained to the employee that I never received any syrup on our last order and asked her to put in an extra syrup since we paid for it last time and didn’t get it. She rolled her eyes went to the back kitchen and then came back and said there are already 3 in your bag. I said yes I know but we paid for it and I would like the one we paid for last time and didn’t get. She just rolled her eyes and said there are 3 in your bag and I could hear someone yelling from the kitchen there are 3 in your bag!! I finally drove off frustrated got home and found no napkins in my bag. I try to look for an email to email the manager but could not find one. I rarely leave a bad review but apparently they don’t care enough to provide an easy way to contact them. Don’t think I will be back even though the location is convenient. Prices go up but service goes down. NO THANK YOU!!

Two seasonal menu items transformed my experience. I loved the McRib! The holiday custard filled pie was amazingly good too! There were available parking spaces and McDonald's is always kid friendly.
