Didn't order the food to eat I would never eat through a drive-thru I just do public relations work. My review for this restaurant in LeMars Iowa would be absolutely poor. The drive-thru is never on point because it merges into one lane, the staff I think the oldest one is probably 18 years old. And not to mention it is already been FDA regulated on their menus to change which they have not changed yet. In my opinion this is not even food, but please don't leave that as just my opinion there are FDA and Health Department reviews out the yin-yang about McDonald's food in general

This was the worst experience, I walked to the restaurant because my car was at the shop just a block away, I used the menu screen inside the restaurant to order a coffee, disappointed because they only had black coffee, the store is out of every other coffee in their menu. The bathroom was closed with a sign to ask for the key at the register, had to wait for someone to come around, when the person finally did I asked for the key, the only response was... "Are you a customer" I just siad yes, and she responded I have to ask, if people were up front instead of chitchatting in the kitchen area they will know I placed an order, after using the bathroom and waiting a few minutes I asked for the coffee I ordered and the person I asked checked with the kitchen they must said yes, then she asked me what kind of coffee I ordered and I replied black, since that was the only choice, she replied something about not being able to change the menu, all these with a bad attitude, this is the last time I'll go to that store

Well the first time we ordered 15 sausage egg and cheese Macgriddles and they gave us just the bread and said everyone orders just the bread I was taken back The second time we ordered I checked the bag cause it looked small so I realized she forgot one of my sandwiches I told her and she proceeded to act like I was trying to get her for a sandwich she then realized she hadn’t bagged it yet We came home to eat are breakfast and realized she had forgot are hash browns Called down there and she swore up and down to the shift leader she put them in there this place is a joke if you can go somewhere else please do so don’t waste your money and time at this location Its a shame

They’re lucky they even got a 1 for service. The order taker and the presenter, were both rude af, bringing that negativity on New Year’s Eve is crazy. The workers at Wendy’s were way nicer and they have less workers.

Stopped by to pickup my mom's order for her because she has a broken foot and the lady in the front refused to give me my order for over 20 minutes because my mom wouldn't come to mcdoanlds to verify her cell phone even though I was logged into the account. Nearly all the food is ice cold. Worste fast food service by far

the burgers are amazing it made me want to have devious acts with my partner, steve. i love steve so much. he’s so amazing and charming, y’all need a find one of him, and eat mcdonald’s, theres this girl i used to go to school with i remember she fought sb but she lost and now she’s working here! amazing food, will come again!!
