Stopped in this morning before work to get an pumpkin spice ice coffee and got pumpkin with no spice. Tried to correct the order while in drive thru and was told it was correct when I get for others and new it wasn't right from the look of it and then when I tasted it you definitely could tell. I will not waste my time or effort on going back to this McDonald's. Slow and rude

Stopped at drive through tonight. They sent 7 cars (this includes me) to park and wait for their food which took forever then when I got the food it was not fresh and barely hot. Very disappointed.
The morning manager Alejandra is very rude towards customers. I ordered a water, was given a cup and she threatened to take my cup away if I got soda even though I ordered a water. She was very rude towards a black customer. I do not like the way she treats customers

The people are nice but they do not listen well i told the girl taking my order i wanted a regular oreo mcflurry 2 bacon mcdoubles and a medium fry. She charged me for two bacon bouble quarter pounders with cheese when i brought up the issue with the drive thru at the next window a lady who i assume was the manager fixed the issue and charged me correctly but she did not let me finish talking and just took my receipt and card to do the refund and when i got my order i didnt get my fries which i had to go to get and when i checked the bag they were just throws in there spilled all over the place as i said before the people are nice but the communication and listening skills need work

They mess up order take back the food in window a bagel and add sauce.They gave me back the exact same bagel after 2 employees touch the sandwich and I watched one open up looking at in with no gloves. Really it should be no stars.
This may be biased but I loveee the people here and the foods great too.
