This McDonald's is generally always good. They are always friendly at the drive thru and the food is great. I'm only ever there late nights and was kinda bummed that the shake machine was broke tonight but eh. Whatever. Maintenance. And at this location I'm sure they have the best of the best cuz it's at a busy interstate exit and 24 hour location. So they probably weed out the catastrophic opportunities pretty quickly. Overall I haven't ever had a bad...
I like this McDonald's and the workers. But headquarters needs to get the ice machine fixed ... really. It has been down for weeks and employees have to scoop ice cubes for people for their drinks. Not professional or stationary. Come on McDonald's get things fixed! This is a busy place and people are not happy.
Always like McDonald's, but my quarter pounder came a little to raw for me so I ask if can get another one and they cooked me another one but messed on that one,so had to wait on another. My husband requested a refund for my sandwich, the manager agreed. Oh I asked for my fries lightly salted and they were just the way I like them. Remember to tell them how you like your burger.
