Went in to pick up a doordash order. Man at counter made confirming the order difficult although I had already given him the confirmation number, then started bad-mouthing me to the next customer as I was leaving. Very poor service skills.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE. Got 2 5$ mc doubles and only had 1 slice of meat on each burger fries were half full. Place is a joke! CANT GET AN ORDER RIGHT EVER!! IF YOU GOT THREW DRIVE THREW ORDER WILL BE WRONG!!!

I went through drive through in Morningside Sioux city IA. Ordered a big breakfast, sausage egg mcgriddle, diet Dr pepper and an vanilla ice coffee. I did not get the eggs ir biscuit on the big breakfast and they would not answer the phone when I called.

Put in a mobile order and they still got it wrong. Ordered a bagel and an English muffin. They gave me two English muffins and forgot the egg on them. They forgot both the hashbrowns, which I noticed before driving away, but the woman in the window gave me an attitude when I told her. As if I was the problem in this equation. I don't expect the best service from McDonald's but I also don't expect to be treated as if I'm the problem when you get something wrong. Not a good experience

I hate this store! I will never be back! Had to pull around the building and wait for 5 minutes! Then didn't get everything! If you're going to make someone wait then fill the order correctly! The last time I was there I had to wait to order then wait for the food a total of 27 mins! Bad place!

I just want to say that I'm very sick of comming to this mcdonalds. Not only is the staff usually rude but they always mess up the order. I usually try not to complain but this is getting out of hand. Not only did they mess up on my boyfriends drink today but they also messed up mine too. Sometimes it's the sandwich sometimes it's the drinks. I'm so sick of it. Also not to mention lobby is usually a mess too. The only reason I keep going to this mcdonalds is that it's closer to church. I'm tired of wasting money and not getting what I paied for.......

I used my mobile app like they ask us to use everyday. The guy in the bandana come to the counter. I gave him the code he punched in the code and said nope your waiting my time and walked away. He never came back to talk to me. Just walked away. A few minutes later through my food on the counter and walked away. My husband asked for his name and he said Charlie Brown and I’ll knock you down. That was uncalled for and we literally go McDonald’s every morning for breakfast. He only work weekends and always rude.

Waited for almost 20 minutes for my food to be just warm, not hot, just warm.
Waited in my lane for about 45 seconds and another car pulls into the other lane, got help immediately so i say hello, and they finish their order before i can put mine in. Multiple people car me by myself. Service is terrible. Have fun waiting 10 minutes in a line of 3 cars.

I ordered 2 items a drink and small fry. I ordered ahead and sat in curbside for 10min. I went inside and there was nobody to help. I had to raise my voice to get some help. Their main focus was getting drive through orders done instead of customer service.

Can't really enjoy anything in the eating area with the loud pop music blaring in the background. It's so loud it's very hard to carry on a conversation with someone. Been doing business there and enjoying it, up till now, for over 50 years. The staff is friendly and they work very hard to get things done. No one likes the music blaring so loud though.
