He was more concerned about his iPhone and did nothing about the spill although no customers or drive-through customers were in line at the time. We left about 20 minutes later and the mess had not even been looked at.

Take better care wrapping your burritos. I know the filling is premade and frozen, as are the tortillas so you can’t tell me otherwise. It also tasted old.

My son ordered food on the app and pulled up to the window and given the wrong order/food. When he informed them it was wrong and asked for the correct food, he was told I had to reorder my food via the app again even though the money had already been deducted from my account. When I called the store to get a refund or get my correct food the supposed manager was very rude and unprofessional. She barely spoke English and would not give me her name so I could log a complaint then hungup on me. I am going to try to escalate this matter to a corporate level, hopefully with better results than what the store itself was willing to give. Terrible experience all the way around

I went to this location earlier and got a sweet tea and it tasted so horrible! It had a a fizzing taste almost as if it was a soda. It also had bubbles which is not normal because i always get teas. It also had a weird smell to it too. It’s almost like its fermenting? Either way I wouldn’t not recommend this location, drive the extra 5 min to the other one. If they don’t clean the teas what makes you think they are clean in any other areas?

A nice example of how a McDonald's should operate. Clean eating space, with friendly staff all willing to be helpful all the while displaying a positive attitude. Would definitely go there again.

The McDonald's on morningside is the absolute worst place to go. Every time we go there is something wrong with the order from getting the wrong sandwich to just completely forgetting an item. I prefer to drive 30 minutes away to the one on singing hills because that one is sooo amazing and the people are so incredible!!!!

It never fails, every time we go here they either forget our sauce forget a sandwich, or toy in happy meal, or don’t make the sandwich right. every single time. Then they act like it’s your fault for having to fix what they did wrong in the first place! Or they act like they don’t understand what you’re saying. Always rude when they have to fix our order. Better off going down the road aways to Sunnybrook McDonald’s. Have a better chance of things being right.

I think McDonald's is getting wayyyy out of hand. Prices are just not worth the food. I ordered a fish sandwich ..I think I ate the sandwich in three or four bites. It cost over five dollars with tax. Large ff three dollars.. drink really? And the coupons or deals for app don't work after 10 pm or before 8 am I guess. But you don't know that until you are missing the buy one get one free sandwich and down the road to return to the store wait in line again for them to tell you oh the coupons don't work and that's not our fault take it up with the coupons that was explained to me in Spanish English with some words missing. The same sentences said over and over do the manager is not helpful. And this is about all McDonald's not just this one. I can get burger king coupons at any time cost me 4.09 to get a meal that fills me up. Need I say more.
