I work by this mc Donald’s and frequent it as well but it seems like #1, they always don’t have something I want. Ex. Ice cream, frappe, something sweet, always something. #2, they take forever to get to the intercom. I’ve sat at the drivethru multiple times for 10+ minutes and no one has said anything, tried to take my order, nothing. #3, when I say often, I mean OFTEN, their “system is down” supposedly. And they tell me it takes hours to boot up? Granted, I work nights. It’s usually 5 or so in the morning I’ll show up for some breakfast. But I think in this month alone, 11/2025, they’ve sent me away more than 10 times. As I’m typing this out I’ve been sitting at the drivethru for 15+ minutes and not a word from anyone working here. I think I’m just done with this place

Cleanest, Most efficiently ran McDonald's I have been too in 9 years. The Hispanic Female Magager was running a tight ship and all the employees were communicating best experience in a McDonald's in 9 years more need to be ran this way.

Ordered a Filet-O-Fish, but they forgot it in my order, so I had to drive back to get it. When I opened the box, it only had half a slice of cheese. Really disappointed with the quality and attention to detail at this location.

Literally the worst place ever. It takes 30 minutes or more for two five dollar meals. There was barely anyone inside and they still take that much time? They also forget things all the time. One time I went in to get a McDouble because they forgot it and two workers said that I was lying in Spanish. I was not.

Misael was a very helpful individual he helped me with taking my order at the first window he was funny and kind and even when I messed up my order he had no problem with it and decided to make a new one with no fuss or aggression 10/10

We wanted to order through drive through and there was just A bunch of girls laughing and being rude over the speaker ?? I asked who just helped us at the next window and a the little boy seemed scared and said he didn’t know the girls name. It’s just embarrassing.
