Ogawa Sushi & Asian Fusion

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I’m a regular there that comes several times a month. This last visit was by far the worst dining out experience I’ve ever had.

I don’t even know where to start. My waitress was beyond unpleasant and unprofessional. She never came back to our table. She had to constantly be flagged down. She interrupted myself as well as my friend when trying to order. Then told me that I cannot get condiments until the end.

Then as a vegan I ordered my food with caution. Then was brought out rolls that had MEAT in them. I called the waitress over and she proceeded to tell me it’s not meat. It was in fact meat! I had to show them the actual meat.

The manager was called over and he also told me I was wrong. When he did finally inspect the food he said “not his issue.” I said “well how many vegans got meat?” He disregarded it and I had to tell them I’m not paying for the meat.

Then when our food was brought out, only 1 plate at a time, no sides, no appetizers. We had to ask for our soups and salads.

Then my condiments I tried to order never came. So when I asked for that she came back and dropped it on the table and walked off.

Never ever again!!

This is my first time going here and the staff are awesome and very professional. The place looks amazing and smells great. Definitely will be coming back soon.

The food is excellent! The waitstaff are super friendly! I love going to Ogawa for my sushi cravings and their Honey Chicken is the best when I want a meal.

Literally my favorite sushi restaurant in town. The staff is amazing. And remembers people. Even when we left we talked outside after they closed and the boss came out and offered us a drink. Always coming back thank u guys

Disappointing. had a scheduled pickup at a certain time..waited an hour, wasnt even that busy they messed up on order. paid when i got there, didnt receive no refund or apology for waiting more than an hour for a small personal order. they even forgot utensils. i liked this place but idk might avoid for awhile due to poor customer service. 1/5.. i even tipped lol not doing that again ever.

The food is fine but man your service needs some work. Very unorganized, waitress tried to memorize our order and constantly wanted us to repeat it. It was fairly busy but it took forever to get drinks and appetizers, then food took a while longer after that. Based on the wait for drinks and food, I would never ordered dessert.

Know your limits on how much you can eat the specialty rolls are large. So delicious though! Have some leftovers for home. Staff and food were so good!
