i ordered food for pickup and the system charged me a tip, i didn’t want to tip. my husband politely asked if he was billed for a tip and the worker got so upset he wanted to cancel the order. just because we asked if we got charged for a tip. food is great but horrible customer service.

I've been here a few times and it never disappoints. The sashimi is fresh and it isn't thin slices, it's more like fish steaks! Friendly service and great experience.

Plenty of staff and not many customers and yet it took almost an hour to get our food. On top of it staff was very unprofessional. One talked constantly with us even though we preferred to be left alone but he rambled on about soccer (which was on the screen) and then when it was time to pay was nowhere to be found. We asked another waitress who just said we weren't her table and left it at that (kept folding napkins instead of trying to get the attention of our waiter!!)
Sushi fell apart. We had both regular rolls and lunch specials rolls. The lunch rolls were so tiny that for weight they probably are more expensiove than the regular rolls!!
and $5 for a kid's apple juice
This was just bad.....

Loved the food. Sushi was fresh. We also ordered several chicken dishes liked Thai Curry, General Tao Chicken. It was decently busy on a Sunday afternoon as we drove thru Sioux City to Yellowstone. I appreciate your good work.

This is hands-down, the BEST sushi I've had here in Sioux City.The staff is super friendly, the food is amazing, its just an overall great place. I don't think I've had a bad experience yet, and I'm becoming a regular now with how amazing their sushi is!

A wonderful sushi experience. They have everything you could want. The salads are amazing. The edamame is good. The miso soup is delicious. All sashimi portions are generous. The service is great and the staff are friendly.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of good kids food on the menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: A smooth ramp up to the double front doors and plenty of space in the aisle to maneuver.

Sushi is literally the best in Siouxland, and even as good as I’ve had in bigger cities. If you go when it’s really busy expect to wait a LONG time to eat. We waited over an hour for sushi. They were working hard and kept apologizing but it still took forever.

I'm a regular but this time has been awful. I've been waiting for my food for a good 90 min. 30 min ago I was told my food will be coming in "10-15 min" because they only have 1 hibachi chef. I do understand we are a big table but still. it's not the 1st we come this many.The waitress does not come around to refill drinks. you need to remind her about the drinks you ordered. Other tables arrived after us and already ate and left.when we complained their answer was" if you order sushi it will be faster". it's not what you want to serve me.. it's what I wanna eat!I'm really rethinking coming back.

The atmosphere was cute, service was great, prices were reasonable, food was delicious, and presentation was phenomenal! We especially recommend the tuna tartar. :)

Best sushi in Sioux City! Always very fresh and good portion sizes. Good amount of options. Food sometimes doesn't all come out at the same time but other than that great service.
