After sitting at our table for 15ish minutes I reached out to the host. He took our drink order and apologized. We waited another 5ish minutes and I walked to the host area where the host was talking with another human, I assume manager. This human took our order - apologized- waited another 6 minutes for the wait person assigned to us to appear. They apologized.
I appreciate the apologies just wanted to eat lunch. The chicken was tough and grizzley as well as very salty.

Terrible food. Cold, globby cheese. Rude server who "guessed" he would take care of us. Awful! Will never go back.

Ordered a mango tea, took one drink and didn't like it. Asked to change to a coca cola and was charged for both drinks. $4.29 per drink. Then was charged for a refill for wife's root beer. Unacceptable! Needless to say, I WILL NOT return to this establishment. Food was ok, bread sticks were cold.

This was an horrible experience. The food wasn't seasoned at all. I had the minestrone soup, which had no flavor at all. Canned soup would have tasted better. As for the salad, looked great but again the dressing lacked flavor. Will not visit again.
