So I get the feeling the new owners dont care about anything other that money. Everything is 2 to 3 dollars more and service is none existent. When I asked for extra crispy fries I was told they were crispy enough and asked to leave. It really is a shame for a local family owned restaurant to be sold to people who only care about the money and not the business.

Used to be one of my favorites! New owners have raised prices, lowered quality, and customer service is out. It’s sad. I haven’t had a good experience with the new group yet, missing items, soggy over salted fries (didn’t even eat them), menu prices not matching charges, attitudes galore. So sad!!

They should probably clean the salt and pepper shakers and bottles. The salt shakers look dirty and they are usually sticky.

Food has significantly changed in the last couple months. My burger today tasted nothing like it normally does and was smaller than normal. My portion of fries was also smaller. I feel like I overpaid considering the portions of the food and the taste.

We discovered this place years ago driving through sioux city and stop any chance we get. We were so happy to see they were able to reopen. The philly is surprisingly amazing and of course the gyro speaks for itself!
Service is always fast and the people are so nice! Our kiddo loves it too!
