Outback Steakhouse

Went to dinner with my family and my daughter after having reconstructed ankle surgery was made to go on a waiting list because we didn't want to sit at the bar with with our children when they had multiple tables available.

I ordered medium rare….😔 now I gatta cook it on my stove

Had dinner on Valentines day with my wife. I was thankful to have made reservations because it was packed and we were seated almost immediately. This is the place of our first date many years ago and faith brought us back to the same table even. I don’t remember the young waitresses name but she was great! Food was perfect and everything was wonderful. Forgot to take pictures of the food. But we did the meal for $60 and it was a good deal. Even took a prime rib sandwich for the babysitter and she said it was amazing!

Went for dinner tonight. Our server was very nice. I ordered my steak well done. I sent my steak back because it was rare. The manager brought my steak out and asked me to cut into it, in case they took it too far…it was then a medium cooked steak. I apologized and told her that I would like it well done. The manager herself brought me the steak, set it down and walked away. I had to get a different server to contact the manager to get her back to our table. She acted surprised when I told her I couldn’t eat that steak because it was so burnt it was too hard to even cut. She offered to have something else brought out, but we had been there an extremely long time and still had a 2 1/2 hour drive home. She said she would take the steak off our bill. I told her I wanted to take some of the chocolate cake home so she sent our server over to take the order. I explained to home I would like 3 pieces of the chocolate layered cake to take home for my children. I never looked in the bag, but when I got home I had 3 brownies with melted ice cream and whatever else that melted stuff is in the other containers. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in this Restaurant. There is a proper way to cook a well done steak, not burnt. I can’t believe the manager would even try to bring anyone a steak that was obviously so burnt. I am not happy that I paid for dessert that wasn’t what I ordered! It was after we left that my husband told me he didn’t think he would get his steak down because his was too rare instead of medium, but wasn’t going to say anything after they cooked mine like they did. So disappointed that these people couldn’t cook or deliver what we ordered. Definitely won’t be wasting any more money at this location!!!!

First time here. The food was delicious. Very hot. They kept refilling our drinks without even asking & that is really nice. The staff was friendly. My family had a good time here. Will keep on coming back.

We all ordered steaks and they were cooked perfectly. The wait staff brought every thing we needed quickly and very professionally. This is my all time favorite place to have steak.

HI yeah I had called outback steakhouse and The Guy That I spoke to his name was Johnathan and I had asked him if they still had any of those koala on walla Christmas koala bear and he said that they did and he said he would put one back for me and well when I got out there to talk to Johnathan he wasn't even there and so I talked to another person about it and he said that Johnathan was already gone for the day and I said that I talked to Jonathan on the phone and he said that he would put one of those koala on walla Christmas bears and that I could come in and pick it up and The Guy That I spoke with he said that they ended that promotion 3 weeks ago and I said why did Johnathan tell me that they still had them and he would put one back and the other guy said that he didn't know why Johnathan told me that over the phone

To celebrate my 70th birthday. I had the Tails Tuesday. The Lobster and Steak were cooked to perfection!! I even got a free dessert which was awesome and I had to take it home because I was so full. Their Aussy Dessert. It is amazing. I was so cold and i ordered coffee. Our Waitress was so nice and helpful. Alysia went above her duties making sure we were taken care of. In fact, she heated my coffee cup so the hot coffee wouldn't get cold poured into a cold cup, now who does that!!!! Superb Service from her. We live 70 miles away and I can't wait until I can get there again. Hey Manager of Outback in Sioux City, please give Alysia a raise.

My steak was good and my wife's noodles, chicken and shrimp dish is excellent.
