Do not DoorDash & expect to receive a baguette with your soup after 6 P.M. They somehow always “run out” 3 hours before they close and don’t take it off their menu. 🙃

I went in because I’ve had issues in the past. Dinner for three was EXPENSIVE! I also ordered each of us a bakery treat. Those are usually given at the register but we’re not. I asked the gal & she said”it’ll be in your bag”. Food was finished and bag was sealed. I again asked the person at this end if my bakery items were in the bag and he said yes. I drive home and not only are the bakery treats not in the bag but they shorted me a chip too. I call the manager who was extremely rude right from the get go. He said the ONLY way he’d do anything was if I drove back over there. (1/2 hour one way). I told him I wasn’t going to do that & id tell him what they shorted me. He hung up on me! I called corporate and they had me credited for the missing items in no time. NO WAY will I eat there again.

My husband surprised the family by going and picking up a dozen bagels this morning. We were excited to hear that they finally had blueberry ones back in stock. However, we were severely disappointed when we opened the box. They were over baked and extremely dry and they were lacking in blueberries. We are dissatisfied with the bagels there. I was embarrassed to serve it to our company. We really miss Big Apple Bagels!

Last year was the last time I went to Panera bread, and swore it was going be my last time. I went today and had a pleasant experience from the cashier I spoke to when ordering through the drive-through to the gentleman that took my payment at the window. Not to mention my meal was really good and looked fresh, and definitely changed my mind with my experience I had today. Thank you to the crew who was working during the lunch hour!!
