had waited 20 minutes for a sandwich that tasted like rubber. the bald man at the counter was talking in a rude tone and i heard him bad mouthing the other workers while i tried to enjoy my meal. negative environment would not recommend for anybody.

Tyrone was most helpful and professional in handling my order and military discount. The Harvest Medley Chicken Salad was awesome as was the Autumn Squash Soup! I would like to buy a gallon to go!

Kind of older man had super long greasy black hair and reeked of axe body spray and horrid body odor gave me my food. The cashier was super friendly but felt bad for them because they were super rude when I got my food and their odor was astounding to say the least. His attitude towards the workers and the customers is absolutely APPALLING he definitely needs to clean up both his body and his character

I placed an online order and requested light cucumbers and there was more than ever. For the price the salad was very skimpy. Only 5 olives and this was supposed to be a full salad. It was more like the half salad. This Greek salad was always my favorite but I probably won’t be ordering it again.

Ordered 4 cinnamon crunch bagels sliced to go this morning. Got them home and 3 out of 4 had a 1/4 slice at an angle off the top. The woman at the register didn't want to be there and it showed. Guess I'll have to start checking the bagels before I leave or maybe just stop buying them at all.

The buzzer died halfway through without our knowledge and we were told to reheat the food ourselves after it had sat out for 20 minutes. The portion size on a $11 dollar Mac and cheese was completely terrible, not filling less than half of the bowl, the establishment was also filthy as a whole. Food did taste great I will say, but overall, don't come here unless someone gave you a gift card.
The location at Lakeport has customer service like no other. The baker is the .ost friendly person you will ever run into. The food is good and the baker is even better.

I arrived early to purchase bread. They now only carry sourdough and ciabatta. No bread baked anyway this morning because of “new staff in training.” I had a gift card and purchased multi grain ‘bagel.’ It was not a bagel, but bread. No chewy crust, no whole in the middle. They have really gone down hill in the last five years or so. Very disappointing.

Received strawberry poppyseed chicken salad in a paper box that leaked all over the place, instead of a plastic bowl. It had leaked all over the sack and my car before i could even put the dressing on it. Its a wet salad-why would it be in a paper box? Then, i had 2 bones that i bit into in my chicken...needless to say that after all of this...i lost my appetite entirely. This salad is my favorite thing, but after this, i don't know when or if I will be back.
