Placed order 50 min later i call and given information another order in south sioux came up b4 mine so that one got delivered first and that mine just left the store 2 min ago... 35 min later I still have no food no phone call asking for directions if they were lost and I've got security cameras that show they never evens drove by mou house... 2 hrs of my night waisted waiting fir a pizza that never came... this is unacceptable and I've now lost time I'll never get back

I don’t know if they got new management but the service sucks bad. The order was 45 mins late. No call to tell us. When we called the manager said they were backed up. We asked if we should call the driver. In a very condescending way just said “yyeeeaaah???”
We then called the driver and they said they left it with us. We had no one come to the door and knock so we thought they left it with the wrong resident so I opened our door and there it was in the hallway of the apartment building on the floor. Oh yea it was cold of course.
Never had any issues like this with this papa johns before so I don’t know what the hell happened.
I was very happy with the overall experience, extending from the professionalism Of the staff to the cleanliness of the restaurant Definitely one I would recommend if you’re in the mood for a really really good pizza
Me and my wife got a large supreme. It was exactly the way we were expecting it, and it was delicious.
It's a great place to eat. Service was excellent, and the workers was awsome
