I would give 5 stars if it was just the frozen yogurt, however there were 4 girls behind the counter who just talked instead of helping people. Also not having samples is a bummer too :/

The ladies in there were all just talking turned around not paying attention to the customers while I was ready waiting to check out she was still talking while turned around. I had never been here before and I had asked for a spoon and she was kinda rude with it she just pointed and gave a look. I didn’t hear the total she said so repeated it in a question way and she sounded mad.

Place smelt weird, the flavors I tried were also very bad, the cookies and cream straight up tasted horrible there was a sour taste as like it was past sell by date. The raspberry was good. Lady at the register was nice and quick!

Came for an afternoon snack, and the young man working behind the register was very kind. Even with the overflow of anxious kids he handled things very professionally. Thank you for making our day great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in today (around 3pm) and their were no employee even though there were multiple tables full of customers. I went to the cash register to wait…no one came… then I went to the entrance of the back where I saw an employee on her phone. I said “excuse me” multiple times, nothing she just sat on her phone. So I went back and again said excuse me. She jumped up tossed her phone on the table and told me I wasn’t allowed back there. I left the area and asked for what I needed. She got rude and said I wasn’t allowed back there. I understand customers aren’t allowed in the back but I’m not sure how else we could have gotten service. We left and will not be back.
