Worst customer service . They delivered the whole wrong order when I called for them to fix my order it took another 45 minutes so I waited 2 hrs and nothing for the invoice. .

I use to order for PH weekly/bi-weekly. Sadly the quality has diminished over time. Example: I recently ordered some breadsticks with an extra marinara sauce. I get home to discover you use to get 4oz cups of sauce per order. Now you get 2oz. So for paying for an extra sauce I received what use to be the standard. To top that off, the sauce is no longer heated. Dipping warm bread into what is basically gazpacho.

If I place a timed order, it should be here at or damn near at the time I order it... and whoever the hell answered the phone was rude!
They completely got my order wrong ,it took me about 38 min to there and back home to find out pizza was doughy I asked them to cook it extra,I ordered traditional wings they gave me boneless,they over cooked bread sticks.i called to complain and wanted a refund they would only give me partial credit that I half to use in 30 days to order more nasty food from them. Would not be going back!

There have been some great changes at this store, #1 is the new general manager! She appreciates all of her employees and in return they take really good care of the customers!
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and really good salads!
Kid-friendliness: They have coloring pages and crayons to keep the kids busy while you wait for your pizza. They also have a TV in the lobby that can be changed to cartoons.
