On 8/31/25 I was delivered a raw pizza on that same night after the pizza was delivered I contacted the location to tell them it was raw the stated they would refund me. I have not, as of 09/19/25, received a refund. I have chatted with the support team multiple times and contacted the local location with no contact back and still no refund. I ordered at 9:21 and got cold food at 10:57 I feel like every time I tip with my card instead of cash they don't want to to hurry so they get a good cash tip I am honestly wishing I can take back the tip.
placed an online order at 5:45pm and was told 83-93 minutes. When my order wasn't here at 7:30pm I called again. They asked for my address, then read my phone number off & said they didn't have an order for me. I said really cuz it came out of my bank account, I got a text & an email.
