Absolutely one of the worst pizza huts I've ever been to.
They're always sold out of everything at like 6 pm? That's dinner time for a lot of people who get off work around 5.
Twice now I've tried delivery with them. The first time some door dasher picked up my order, no idea why. The person spent over 30 minutes trying to find my place. Called me and hung up out of frustration. Pizza was cold and gross when it arrived. The pizza didn't even have hardly any toppings anyway, it was a dried up piece of thin frozen pizza crust. It was terrible.
I decided to try it again, and I did have a pizza hut delivery driver drop it off and they knocked and barely in less than 1 minute they were already getting in their car after leaving the pizza on my porch. Like, did you not even want your tip anyway? My specific intrustrctions are always to hand me my pizza. I live in a mobile park, anyone could get the pizza, or bugs. It was frustrating.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Paid for a 5 topping pizza, and they left off the pepperoni. How do you forget pepperoni on a pizza? If we'd been able to, I would have given them back the pizza.

Delivery was 2 hours late. Called after hour 1 and they said a fake Door dasher had stolen it, but they didn't send out the order with the real one. They just waited until we called. They said they would send someone right out, but still took another whole hour. The driver apologized, but said it was all undocumented immigrants fault, not their DoorDash methods or anything else within their control. Gave us 10 bucks off a $47 order.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and light sauce on the thin crust, mozzarella sticks and apple pies. Pizza was ok. Mozzarella sticks were barely cooked and not firm and the apple pies were the biggest rip-off. I took pictures of my order and when I opened the box for the pies, 4 pies, they were jumbled up and sooooo NOT cooked! One pie exploded somehow and it was a mess and definitely disappointing. They're good when they're thoroughly cooked and not jumbled up on each other and have at least one exploded making it a pile of undercooked apple pie mush. Blah. Delivery time was ok but they were closed by the time I got my order. Just be careful when you order from anywhere really.
I ordered at 9:21 and got cold food at 10:57 I feel like every time I tip with my card instead of cash they don't want to to hurry so they get a good cash tip I am honestly wishing I can take back the tip.
