We were the only customers in the restaurant and the service was so slow. We waited too long for our waitress to check on our table. We ordered a large supreme but there were few toppings and no black olives. Waitress was friendly but it seemed we were not a priority.

I called at noon to place my order for 7:10pm pickup. I told them I needed it ready to go at 7:10 they said no problem. Not only was the food 15 minutes late getting out to me they also didn't have my whole order because somehow they were out of breadsticks. Very bad experience would definitely not recommend it.

On 8/31/25 I was delivered a raw pizza on that same night after the pizza was delivered I contacted the location to tell them it was raw the stated they would refund me. I have not, as of 09/19/25, received a refund. I have chatted with the support team multiple times and contacted the local location with no contact back and still no refund. This is frustrating as I have been waiting about 20 days and made contact multiple times. Furthermore the pizza being raw is the main issues here. After spending $45 one might believe their order would at least arrive cooked.

Cold pizza delivered call manager only to tell us he can’t help because can only look up by a ticket number that is only on the receipt

Why cant paid help take an order and get it right????? Carry food and the help cant take a simple order. They do this knowing that people will not drive back. Get new help that can take an order and prepare the food as ordered...
No need to respond Pizza Hut, unless you will give us a full refund plus time and milage. Your brand has turned to shit!!!!!!!

If i could, it would be 0 stars. We ordered food for delivery at 5pm. 2 hour wait, delivery time, which is OK since it's Friday and busy time. Delivery time was supposed to be 7.30pm-7.40pm. 8.20pm my husband called to ask where it was. They said it was delivered but our app said on the way. We are trying to get a refund but they keep hanging up on us and refuse to give a refund. We have 2 boys to feed but one we had to feed something else and put to bed. By now (8.50pm) we have to feed the other one so we can put him to bed. Unacceptable!!!

Every single time I order from here, it’s jank. Either unable to order stuffed crust (the literal only reason I even attempt to still get Pizza Hut) or the delivery takes an hour longer than it was supposed to. There are 30 other pizza places that manage to deliver in a timely manner. Guess I’ll choose one of those next time.
