There was only 3 people working on a Saturday at that! The poor young girl working the register, feeling orders, helping drive threw, getting people ice cause the ice machine in lobby didn't work was wore out but doing her very best to do it all with a stressed smile on her face. I would not of worked under those conditions so we were very patient with her. The chicken was dried out so bad. So the manager needs some more training in my experience.

We were traveling to family in Iowa for a funeral, after a long day of flying to reach the airport in Omaha. It was after 8pm, we were exhausted and hungry. I ordered chicken, but that late, there was none freshly cooked. However, the servers immediately put chicken in the fryer, gave me my sides and drink to eat in the meantime with graciousness and smiles. 12 minutes later, I had hot fresh chicken. Great staff, clean restaurant, good food.
Apparently they were short staffed - but this was awful. People waiting almost an hour for poorly made and wrong food. When the wait became apparent several people asked for refunds and they refused saying the manager would need to physically come from Sioux Falls to do that. AVOID AT ALL

Went through the drive through at about 845 on a Saturday night. The line was kinda long but we really wanted Popeyes Chicken sandwich. Before I even made it up to the speaker to place my order the truck that was in front of me who had already ordered ended up driving off out of the line while we were waiting for over 20 minutes for our food and another one or two cars actually left line as well the boy who was at the window was new you could tell so he went to go get help for some some reason from one of his co-workers and that individual was pretty rude they asked us to pull up in front of the trash can that our food would be done in 6 minutes ended up taking about 15 minutes they didn't put napkins in our bag they didn't give me a fork for my macaroni and cheese and I ordered four sandwiches two regular and two spicy they gave me three spicy one regular. I've been to this location several times and yes they have always been slow but this was the worst

Service was really slow. Customers were leaving hungry after waiting for more than 30 minutes for their food. I had never been to a Popeyes before but had heard it was good. Our food was not. I think we just picked a bad location.
I visited at 12:30 p.m. The soft drink machine had no ice, and it evidently had been empty for a good while in that the soda was warm. They were out of French fries! Either they are understaffed, management does not know how to direct employees, or both. I like the food at Popeye's, but service is awful. I am still waiting on my chicken tenders 15 minutes later

Excellent service. We stopped in during a cold wintery day, and the employee that served us went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed with our small child. And the food was great, as always!
