The pretzels are my favorite, but I went there on Saturday 7-19-2025, and it said they opened at 10, but they said they didn’t open till 12:30. So that’s a little dumb but overall the food is great.

The pretzels were GREAT! Super soft and warm boarding on hot, I got the biggest box they offer. The cheese was also on point! The service was excellent, there were A LOT of people there, and they were able to get to all of us very quickly. If you like soft pretzels THIS is the place to go in Sioux City.

Don't eat at the food court unless you want to hear little kids screaming constantly. Very annoying.
Awful service. Website says they close at 6, but at 5:25 (40 minutes before closed) they refused to make any more. Bought the one pretzel they had and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Male worker was extremely rude. Will not be coming back.
