Went here on Buy one get one free burrito day, the girl at the register, Mattie, was being yelled at by some angry customer during a super busy day. This customer was getting rude and in her face but she handled it really well, and she was efficient and helpful towards me. I appreciate her service and how well she managed a difficult situation, definitely handled it better than I would’ve. Shoutout to her!

the workers didn’t talk, they just stare at you. they just throw the food in your bowl and don’t give accurate amount for the pricing. food all over the floor and dirty tables and seats.

Went in around 6-7pm and the place was absolutely filthy. Worst part is, they weren't even busy! Few customers at most, floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all and the tables a complete mess. Start was very friendly however, I just wish the place was cleaned

There is this girl there that never smiles & no matter how friendly, how nice you are she just seems upset to see you there. She just throws the ingredients on your bowl. Sometimes I’ve gotten lucky and have others help me and they make your food nice, neat and evenly and always with a smile.

I door dash the food and for the second time now, my bowl was missing beans, which was disappointing. This is the second time this has happened, and I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure it doesn't occur again. I live near, I enjoy Qdoba’s food, but missing ingredients like beans significantly impact the overall experience!!!!
