Today my son had a school concert and afterwards we decided to go here and eat. The staff was friendly and kind our servers name this time was Fauna. I would 10 out of 10 give her a pay raise she is doing a fantastic job and gave us great recommendations tonight. If you want good food service ask for Fauna. We ended up getting crab legs which we usually do and this time we tried the lemon pepper butter. It was fantastic!!! Its my new favorite butter 🥰 I can't wait untill next time. The chicken strips look kinda good and I might give them a try too! I would say this place is kinda expensive but you get good food, service and quality time with your family ❤️
We went in for dinner on nov 20th to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and from the start our waitress was an absolute god sent angel she was so sweet and went way past above and beyond for us. We were blown away by her service and friendliness and the time and care she took with us I have never in my life had a waitress be so sweet and on it when we’ve gone to eat she is definitely the reason that we will be back again I can’t thank her enough for the personalization that she took out of her time to hand write a card for us and hand write on our dessert plate that was the sweetest action anyone has done for us I will forever be grateful for her and definitely be back soon!

We placed our order on the Red Lobster website for delivery to the hotel we were staying at. We ordered caesar salad, lobster bisque bowl, new england clam chowder bowl, a dozen cheddar bay biscuits, crab queso, crispy dragon shrimp, a strawberry smoothie, cajun chicken linguini alfredo, and To Go Cutlery. The order arrived and was missing the To Go Cutlery. A bit frustrating since the order listed the To Go Cutlery as a line item on the order just like each of the food items were and we were at a hotel without any cutlery of our own.

Went out for our date night on 10/27 and had the absolute best service we have received from ANYWHERE in a long time. The gal that waited on us was very attentive, extremely nice, and absolutely went above and beyond what we even expected. My boyfriend chugged my lemonade as soon as I got it, I never even saw the gal but she just appeared with a refill and kept the biscuits coming! When asking for a couple boxes, she brought us a to go cup of lemonade and biscuits I was actually about to cry! She was so amazing! I don't remember her name but we were at table 601 around 6:30pm. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
