Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The first and last time going here. If you want to make reservations, don't bother calling. I asked the host what the phone number was and recited the last 4 digits to prove I called. They scrambled to get us seated. We had dietary requirements for a member of our party, and it required us to eat here to avoid cross-contamination. The waitress worked hard, so good job to her! Cocktails were good, and I would order it again. The entrees were cold when we got them. The bathrooms needed cleaning, and I told one of the wait staff it needed to be addressed. Won't be going back.

My boyfriend and I went for Valentines Day and our server Jessica was OUTSTANDING!!! Very attentive, we did not have to ask for a drink refill once! This is the best service I have ever received here. She deserves special recognition!

Mushroom Swiss burger was great. My wives yukon fries were overcooked though almost burnt. Also it was Tuesday and the waitress didn't tell us they have a special on Tuesdays which would have been nice to know.

One of the worst services I've encountered.bartender who was serving got pissed when i asked for my ranch dressing and never asked if i wanted more bottomless fries. Just everything about her is wrong. And it takes alot for me to review, but the atmosphere in the place, the vibe, the service is WRONG. I even left a 7 dollar tip, on worst service ever.

Before we were seated, I asked the staff if I could get a "cook-to-order" burger to be med-rare. I was told that I could. The server said her only option was to request "some pink". My burger arrived cooked well-done. Our server was apologetic. We didn't request a free meal. We would have looked elsewhere for that warm, red and juicy burger.

I ordered the ribs and they were awesome. ... they were tender and weren't dripping with sauce. The sweet potato fries are great and the waitress suggested honey to dip them in...new favorite for me !

We stopped with a tour group so the choice of food was limited in our case. Only negative is that they may have cooked the chicken tenders on the same grease as the fish. Hmmm ...
