So, I'm basing this on the one time I year I go, with my wife's extended family, usually the day after thanksgiving. Is it the best Tex-Mex in town? Probably not. However, it is still very good for what it is. Don't come here expecting super authentic. This is an old school joint that is good even if its just meat and cheese and basic salsa. Also, be sure you bring friends and get a few margaritas and you'll be sure to have a good time.
This place is truly a gem! A great version of Tex Mex cuisine that is much different than what you would expect. Be prepared to award your tastebuds when you come and visit.The chips and salsa that they brought out was a generous portion! You could tell the chips were made in house. It is the salsa, though, that will surprise you. It comes out in a bottle, but warm. It is a red chile version that has such a great flavor! It has a great heat level to it, that will get you to take...
Just a run of the mill mexican restaurant. Salsa is very simple but not bad. The main dishes are basic. Tortillia, ground hamburger, cheese, sour cream. The cheese crisp was pretty good. 1 thumb up & 1 thumb down.
