Great food options no matter the time of day. Sugar free latte options are great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars!

Stopped by Scooter’s Coffee in Sioux City and it was exactly what you want from a quick coffee run: fast, friendly, and consistent. The staff was upbeat and had my order ready in no time, even with a line. My drink was smooth and tasted spot-on (not overly sweet, not watered down), and the whole place felt clean and well-run.

If you need a reliable caffeine stop in Sioux City, this Scooter’s is an easy pick.

They charged me for a cup of water even when I ordered a bagel sandwich. I called and spoke with manager and she was extremely rude like if you really need the dollar, I will refund you. I was like you really need it since you don’t tell people and charge customers all the time they have a right to know most wouldn’t be okay with it. She looks like a clown charging paying customers for a cup of water only for a dollar for billionaire. It would be one thing if I didn’t order anything else but what the heck I know it was a flex for her but really paying customers have the right to know most people think it’s free when you purchase things there.

Good but why does the water taste like coffee…

I ordered a dry cappuccino. I received basically a full cup of warm milk. A dry cappuccino is generally a lot of foam, a little bit of milk and an espresso shot. It can be a subtle difference but it’s a coffee shop they should know the difference. When I picked up the drink I mentioned that it’s full of milk and is a latte and not a cappuccino. The girl stared at me blankly then said have a nice day and shut the window while I was still talking. I didn’t yell, didn’t curse. Just said that it wasn’t the right drink and was explaining that a cappuccino shouldn’t be full of milk when she shut the window.

I ordered a large iced latte and a medium-hot latte. If you like strong coffee, this is not the place for you, but then again it was probably my fault. I should have told them to add a shot. But then again, if I did, and the coffee was already strong, would it be too strong.

The girls were rude, slow and when I asked for a pup cup the girl at the window was like yeah. Like I was inconveniencing her.

Ordered a latte on early morning of 5/28 and it tasted sweet. Called to inquire and they said they don’t add flavoring without a request.

Just noticed receipt shows they added caramel flavor and that is surely some nasty high fructose corn syrup. I don’t appreciate that!

First time at a Scooter's. My coffee was flavorful and delicious. Bonus, they're the type of coffee shack we were able to go through with our trailer!

So check this out. Earlier I pulled in to purchase a pear infusion beverage with no ice in an XL cup. Now me personally.....I love getting my drinks with no ice so that I could get the most of the product I am purchasing for the money.

So I go for the available XL size. The young lady taking my order politely told me my cup will not be full but only a little over half and if that was ok. She also notified me no matter which cup I got, it wouldn't be full or even close to full.

No matter where I go....no matter whatever restaurant I go to whether fast food or any sit down place, if I say NO ICE I will get a full cup no matter the size. This is not a complaint but a service announcement to do whatever is necessary to make sure a customer's cup could be filled to the rim no matter if they want ice or not.

My question is.....am I paying for the cup size or the product? Help me out here guys. Let's give these customers what they pay for. I won't pay for 3-5oz of ice. I want that peach infusion please and thank you!

Yours truly,
A thirsty azz customer
