Floyd blvd.2 times my drink was not made when I came inside. The last time the cashier didn't talk to me except to tell me the price. I realized they werent going to make it is when they were no more drive-through orders and they were just standing around. At least five employees working. Act like there's no big deal, and I told them I have to go to work as well . It was then rudely made and was slammed down in front of me. I asked for my money back. The manager then argued with me on my type of payment telling me to drink I ordered was paid for with a card. I did not even have a card on me. A fellow employee was talking for her I thought he was a manager but no.. I had to threaten to call the district , went to the bathroom and when I I came back she somehow found my cash of payment. To be fair this was in the summer. But even though I live closest to this location and I avoid it because of that experience . I don't need anyone to contact me just want them to be aware that customers who come into the store valuable as well.

Bought a latte. It was good. No complaints there.Asked for a cup of water. They told me it would cost me the same as a bottle of water; roughly $1.70.Really disappointed that Scooters needs to charge you that for a cup of water. I purchased another product. And I've purchased many more from here. Charging absurd markups for faucet water is a poor practice. Really kills that "we're super friendly!" - atmosphere.Can I get an empty cup and fill it in the bathroom??? (She looked at me, confused...)Stop charging paying customers for water.

Don’t accidentally order two drinks they will lie and steal your money. I ordered on the second still nothing back I called right after my mobile order I meant to put no whip cream but added two coffees they said no problem we will refund you. I went in store got my one coffee told the girl she said no problem let me write this down so you get it. I called multiple times days after no manager was available they called me back I left my info for the manager shocker no call back no refund 11 days later maybe they will take you serious with reviews doubt it.

Never Satisfied

Went to get a coffee Saturday morningOrdered a carmelicious and a kids meal which is the drink and 2 cookies I believe. Got to the window and gave the girl a 100$ bill and she told me they didn't take 100s so I left without my product.If you can't take tender maybe you shouldn't operate a business. It is illegal to refuse cash tendering they had NO SIGNS posted that they don't take 100's. I will not be back here.

We ordered 2 blended medium drinks. She handed it to us through the window dripping. Coffee everywhere. We didn't get straws and we got 2 napkins. We ended up having to move the drinks to a larger cup on our own. It got everywhere. Worst Scooters experience I've had. Next time we will just pay more for Starbucks.

Been disappointed lately--Twice I've asked for hazelnut in my drink, and twice I've received carmel-- I would have returned it it but didn't want to wait for 4 or 5 cars now in line to complain. I tossed the $7.00 drink in the nearest garbage. Probably won't be back for a while. Very frustrating.

This location is understaffed. Waited over 15 minutes for a cold brew because they wanted to finish the line at the drive through window before the would help me the only person inside. Then she gave me the wrong order and insisted I was wrong but the receipt showed what I really ordered.

Great brand w/ many products -- I seek out a Scooters location throughout IA & NE while travelling for work. Though, unfortunately this particular location could have better customer service etiquette; busy or otherwise.

The girls working were laughing at my daughter and I, when they heard my daughter say that's incredibly rude, they stopped. But, then at the window did not look at us, did not speak to us, didn't even thank us for coming. I will never go there again. The ice drinks were warm.
