I forgot to ask for an extra shot at the order speaker and asked for it at the window. I get that can be frustrating but two of the girls working were glaring at me very rudely. The one at the window was very nice however. Coffee was good though.

Horrible service here time and time again. I stopped going her because of the rudeness of certain employees. The gentleman in the drive through was sweet, the girl taking on the headset was rude and need to learn customer service skills. I simply asked for my online order and was very rudely scolded for cutting in line from the side, which I did not do. And was told that I need to drive all the way around the building because they don't allow line cutters. I was the only one behind my front cars for a good 3min before any other cars pulled up, but she happened to look out the back door long enough to dirty look me and than was rude on the headset. Talking to me as if I was a child, when she didn't even have the correct information. I will never returnto this location again which sucks because I live in leads and it's convenient for me. You need better trained professional workers guys

Great for kids but not for adults looking for a latte. A rude little girl seemed offended when I pulled up to the window without ordering at the sign. I didn't see it. Plus we were the only one there although a car did pull up behind me and she took their order. There was just no reason to be rude and she absolute hated me for asking a question about the coffee and the machine. We left since there are no real baristas or espresso machines here. Welcome to the new America I guess.

When we go there and where I live at they tried to hurry you long because they know you're busy and not in the way of are you done yet like most places they make sure your drink is ready for you and waiting by the time you get to the window they always greet you with a smile and I really like the blue razberry infusion it's an energy drinks that if you mix it before you drink it it tastes so good
Absolute worst service I’ve ever had at this location today . Gal named Areli working was a complete snot refused to honor price on menu said I was lieing . She mouthed off when asked which of the two workers said it she claimed she didn’t know then finally admitted it was her . Refused to give managers name .

Staff are always on top of the orders at this location. The girls are always friendly and professional. Drinks are always made correctly, deliciously, and fast! The girls at this Scooter’s rock!
Parking: Limited parking across the way near a restaurant but not recommended. This is a drive-thru location primarily.
