This is shoddy looking location, the street sign has been broken,missing for like a year maybe,dilapidated looking, guess the CEO of Sonic doesn't want to spend money to make it look more inviting. The manager (s) here always say they can't do anything about messed up order through the app,totally incompetent.

Absolutely the worst sonic! Order off the app and able to select condiments and none get brought out. Ask the worker of she could bring out our condiments that we ordered off the app and she said they aren't free and we have to pay for them at the store. Proceed to ask her how much for the ketchup and mayo and she said they are free! ? So I ask how much the ranch is and she said 25 cents a pack... Okay fine but why does it let you add these on the mobile app only to be told we can't have the unless we pay for them at the store. Have tried contacting the owner about previous issues and calls go unanswered. The owner along with this sonic are the worst. Save yourself the hassle and go next door to dairy queen.

food is ok pretty sure burger is undercooked though, fries like cardboard. drinks are fine. dont get a slushy unless you ACTUALLY enjoy them. put more pickles on my burger. !!!!

They always get something wrong with my food order. I say no mustard it comes no ketchup lots of mustard. Ask for syrup for French toast sticks and get salsa with cold French toast. They even mess up drinks order a slush with 2 flavors they put so much typing that it was not drinkable. It was gross. I have tried 3 times and it's every time. I hear the same from friends and coworkers.

Got to the drive-thru and the kid at the station immediately tried to rush us through our order. We ordered 2 large slushes, one blue raspberry and one mango, and got a medium mango instead of a large. We tried to explain that we wanted the large slush, but they said we paid for a medium and refused to show us a receipt. Won't be going back for quite a while...

They need to hire good managers. The little girls working were high schoolers without experienced supervision and it was busy and the poor young ladies were doing their best. But people were being mean and had them tattled. We ordered 4 simple items and our order was all messed up.

These kids were busting their butts trying to give good service, but from the look of it, they didn't have an experienced manager. Sonic pays low wages for adult management help from what I understand. Yet they charge premium prices, our order for 4 medium shakes was over $40.00! And we got such terrible service it was painful to watch these poor kids keep messing up our order. Sonic is at fault for not having proper management and proper training for their help. Our service was terrible and these poor kids had to work shift from hell. I won't be returning to Sonic anytime soon, if ever. I wouldn't recommend Sonic to anyone again.

Literally waited in line for 15 minutes for a strawberry unsweetened tea for over 5.00 dollars just to get handed a large coke. This place needs some better management and some competent help.
