The lady taking our order was very rude. She was dismissive, wouldn’t make eye contact, and when I asked for a straw she stared at us for a long period of time. She said, “thank you” in a snotty tone. She then proceeded to shut the window and turn around throwing her hands up and just start talking to her coworkers. We waiting at the window to ask for a straw but she shut the window fast and we weren’t able to get her attention. We proceeded to wait for her to come back to the window and notice us there. Terrible customer service.

If I'm going to pay almost $7 for a coffee I expect my cup to be full and also tipping two bucks I understand service and speed of service but make sure that the product is served right don't give me a venti half filled and then put in a ton of whipped cream I've been going to this location since they've opened..

The service I received here is awesome, I’m not sure who my barista was but they were very pleasant and accommodating. I had ordered a drink at a different Starbucks but when made incorrectly, I decided to come to this location and they fulfilled my request and then some. 5 stars for the crew working Saturday morning! Thank you so much! :)

Stopped by to grab a small breakfast before going to the airport and when we arrived, found out our bacon gouda had no bacon and most of the gouda stuck to the bag. This wouldn't normally be worth writing a post but this wasnt a particularly friendly visit either. We added to our order and had to wait around at the register even though it was a 6 person crew. Granted it might've been a misunderstanding that we were waiting for our food but the attention just wasn't there and the vibe was off. Glad to see some regulars are happy here but being friendly to new incoming customers is as important as being that way to regulars. Note: we tipped 25% for both orders so a bit extra disappointing.
I have been coming to this Starbucks for years and realized I’ve never left a review! The team here is truly incredible—they always greet me with a smile, and many of them take the time to personally say good morning using my name. Their kindness and positivity make such a difference in my day. The thoughtful messages they write on my cup are just another example of how they go above and beyond. This team is amazing, and they all deserve recognition (and raises!). I truly appreciate them and the welcoming atmosphere they create!
