Wow the first Starbucks I've never been to where I wanted to spend $25 for 13 gift cards and also to buy some coffee, it was 1:15 p.m. July 26th I went through the drive-thru and the girls at the drive-thru said they were way too busy to take care of me,, that made my decision to go to Caribou from now on, wast wasted my time in line, you may want to consider an alternative

Can’t find a coffee I like better than their Sumatran blend. However the last 4 (!) cups of dark roast I’ve gotten here are no more than room temperature. So I’ve got $12 into coffee that was headed to the drain. Done with em.

Worst service ever, 20 minute wait thru drive up is ridiculous...drinks should be free after 10mins...then lets see if they speed service up
This place is horrible they keep making order drive Thur instead of walk in. Take over 30min for a coffee smh. Do not come here!!
