The attitude they have towards customers is ridiculous and something needs to change. I Went to Starbucks in target was ordering drinks the lady that took my order was very very rude when I was giving my order to her she was barely listening and acting like she did not even want to be there or ever acting like she cared what I said and every response she gave me was all attitude. when I was in the middle of ordering she kept rolling her eyes and saying k what else and when I was done I paid and I said thank you and she sighed and rolled her eyes. she needs to work on her customer service skills and how to be professional. she needs to start acting like she wants to be at her job not like talking to people is such and inconvenience to her day. I paid for extra stuff and they did not add it to my drink.

There are several drinks in Starbucks that are made with whipped cream. So how come they are always out of whipped cream and mocha and the other day I was told no chocolate either? I actually bought them whipped cream once just to make my drink and I told them to keep the rest of it. What a pity when the customer has to help.

Each standard menu drink order is made differently every time, no matter what drink I get. Today my caramel macchiato was made with only milk and caramel drizzle...no coffee/espresso at all.

Your shift will literally feel like walking around egg shells! A women in her mid 20s talking down on high school workers. Such a toxic environment! Nobody listens and nobody cares she gets away with it. Do your research before applying.

WORST PLACE TOO WORK!! Would not recommend, the manager doesn’t care about there employees at all, I’ve been harassed and assaulted by a customer that assumed to used to work there. It’s so annoying, they don’t care about health problems, they don’t care about there customers as long as there making profit that’s all that matters my motto is treat your employees/ and customers with respect we’re all people and we deserve that. So it doesn’t matter you make $15 dollars an hour so much better places that you can make 2x as much and not be in a toxic environment, we’re they make you feel like you wanna K yourself and they do!! They even tell you too! Do not work here or if you want better service go too hyvee s or even the corporates like the one on Lakeport or Hamilton, very caring staff, nice and friendly and when a drink is made wrong they don’t make a fuss over it like the actual target don’t ever work for this store in particular!!!

They do not like fill cup up with coffeeService is ok go at your own risk.
Best Starbucks in town. I never have to wait too long, even if it’s the weekend, it’s so much better than the one with the drive thru.
